The Caring People Ministry for Single Moms will resume meetings on Monday, October 7, 2019, at 6:15 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church (http://www.stpaulsumcofburlington.org/) at 609 Trail Two, Burlington, NC 27215. A meal will be provided for single moms and children from 6:15-6:45 p.m., and the Bible study/support group will continue from 6:45-7:45 p.m. Babysitting will be provided during the class.
The Christian ministry to single moms and their children during the 2019-20 school year will be a collaboration between Davis Street, where the program began last January, and St. Paul’s. All single moms are welcome, as well as women raising their grandchildren, or women who are raising children alone because their husbands are on military deployment or in prison.
