It is always a good thing to start the “New Year” with prayers. When we commit our years to God, He ensures our supernatural breakthrough in the year. Every year is filled with great good and great evil, therefore we must pray that our heavenly father shields us from the evil and brings the good to our houses. Every year is full of decisions, we must pray for the Holy Spirit to help us make the right decisions to enable us to succeed in the new year. Every year is filled with all kinds of people, we must pray that the Holy Spirit will guide the right people to us – so that we will grow His kingdom here on earth.
