Worship is where we seek God with a joyful and open
heart. Our service follows an order and style similar to many
Christian faith communities. It always includes an inspiring message,
prayer, and music. We would be honored to have you visit us
at Davis Street United Methodist Church.

We are located at:
606 East Davis Street
Burlington, NC 27215

Our services begin at:
8:30 am and 10:55 am

Most people arrive a few minutes before eleven.
We serve coffee before and after the 10:55 am service.
Please join us as we come together in worship.

Crazy Love

Crazy Love

Scripture References: Luke 3:21-22, Luke 3:15-17, Isaiah 43:1-7

From Series: "Crazy Love"

January 2019 God is love. Crazy, relentless, all-powerful love. Have you ever wondered if we're missing it? It's crazy, if you think about it. The God of the universe--the Creator of nitrogen and pine needles, galaxies and E-minor--loves us with a radical, unconditional, self-sacrificing love. And what is our typical response? We go to church, sing songs, and try not to cuss. Whether you've verbalized it yet or not, we all know something's wrong.
