We will all long remember this Holy Week, like none other in our memories and ministries. Therefore, let us plan well.

I received the directive of Governor Cooper for schools to remain closed through mid-May.  
I urge you to continue the compassionate practice of not gathering for worship, funerals, weddings, studies, and other groups for the next two months.

The postponement of General Conference has been announced, and we pray for the Commission on General Conference meeting next week to discern next steps.
